New route – Bird of Prey by David Lama and Dani Arnold

In April David Lama and Dani Arnold established a new route Alaska.  The duo managed to climb a first ascent through the central headwall east face of Moose’s Tooth.
The route ‘Bird of Prey’ is located on the east face of the Moose’s Tooth (1500 meter) which was previously unclimbed.  The round trip took them 48 hours to complete (basecamp and back).  The route has 17 pitches and Lama suggests a grade of 6a, M7+, 90-degrees, A2.
