Anyone know, where in Cape Town the best place is to buy good, and affordable boulder pads.
Any advise on what kinds of pads to look for.

You could try Drifters Xtreme Sports in the CapeQuater.

They have some of the most reasonablly priced pads i have seen around.

Marcus any south african business is gonna rip ur pockets dry after taxing u somewhat. Put a request for the size pad and what u willing to pay and you will easily get one (2nd hand) at anything close to 1k. Matt Bush also makes his own pads apparently, mayb a bit bulky but if u ask around ull find pads that dont cost R2000 or more
