Hi All,
Received this from the owner of Die Tollhuis in Montagu last week.

You might not be aware of the parking problem that is being created by climbers doing their thing at Legoland. Although a large parking area was created and is provided on the outside of the gate, visitors still park their vehicles inside.

The result is that even non-climbers grab the opportunity to enter the property. This morning a climber refused to remove his vehicle and used verbally abusive language towards me. The owner of a second vehicle respected my request. It is becoming a security risk for us who live in the area.

People are not aware of the security risk and threats that we experience. For your information the owner of 'said car' car broke the lock and chain on the gate, which is the property of the owner. I will report the incident to the police.

I would appreciate it if you could post a message on your website and circulate it as wide as possible, informing climbers of the protocol.

In light of Bosch Kloof being closed this kind of behaviour could close the entire place down for good!!
Please do not park inside and also please be sure to leave adequate space so that access is not restricted to the entrance/exit.
Thanks,
Justin

... come on, get over the Uruguay hand ball ... funny how the African contingent tend to conveniently forget Thierry Henry's handball which cost Ireland a place in the World Cup (talk about blatant cheating) ... and they (the Irish) did not have a penalty opportunity to set the record right. Ghana had their chance and they blew it, get over it ...

Back to real issues - unfortunate that some idiot is so seriously disrespectful of the owner and the many climbers that have enjoyed Legoland. Its a shame that other climbers did not sort the bugger out ...
