Planning on doing a trip down to Cape Town and around the Western Cape in December so other than Rocklands and Montagu what are the best areas for climbing in the Western Cape? Specifically for sport climbing, not very high grades (up to about 23 is our limit, for now :P ) Thanks guys

At those grades you would be best suited to go to Truitjieskraal (Need daily permit so makes sense to get a wild card), High concentration of quality. Will be hot so climb in am or late pm, but there are routes that will be in the shade.
In the area is also Sanddrif, good quality routes. And world class trad (Wolfberg) if wanted you wanted a change for the day

Great thanks. Will def add those into the route. Have you ever climbed at Kleinmond before-fits in perfectly if we do a round trip but don't want to waste my time if it's not that great?

Kleinmond is fun but not amazing, beautiful position though

Nah, rather go to Main Crag, Silvermine + Blaze of Glory and/or squeeze a classic trad climb in on the Ledge, I'll take you!

Skoorsteenkop has some classics, lakeside also for great 17-18 but stick to right side of crag only

Agree, for those grades probably the best sport around CT.

Sanddrif has the best selection of quality sport lines in your grade I have seen anywhere. 5-star crag.
Truitjies offers good climbing in an insane setting.
Kleinmond's climbing is average at best, but a cool setting.

Silvermine Main Crag is also a great venue for your grades - Sterling Silver is a world class route going at 21/22.

No, don't go to lakeside, it is pants. Go to lakeside or the quarry when you have climbed every single other route on the peninsula.
