What is the best place to visit for one day near Cape Town? A colleague of mine is coming to Cape Town for just one day, all the way from The Netherlands, and likes to climb some routes on real African rock ( He is coming with a friend who is the pilot of the airplane ). He'll probably be renting a car in Cape Town and leave a big dusty cloud behind when driving towards the rock.
He wants something like a 17, 18 or 19 and close to CT because of him flying back in the evening. I suggested Paarlberg, with Sands of Time and Little Dutch Boy ( which is really a good one for him, being about 1m70 tall.... ). Does anyone have other suggestions and directions towards the place?
