South Africa is a LARGE country with loads of climbing, too much for one book!

Boven has a NEW one, quite good i hear;

And there's a comprehensive one for the Western Cape which includes all the Cape Town crags, Montagu, Rocklands (outdated) and Oudtshoorn.

There are also a few smaller areas that have their own guidebooks.

Goodluck!!

A new guidebook for Boven?

I remember asking Gustav last year if & when a new one would be published but he said that he wasn't planning on doing so any time soon...

Where can we get a look at the new one??

I meant the 'old' one, which is sort of new, isn't it?!

I think it was published in 2004.

Geenie, you can also go check out the Wiki Index (the link is on the main page) if want want to do some road trip planning. I would still recommend that you buy the guide books though..
