Open new routes at Blyde:(YIP, did a new 6 pitch route on Mariepskop, was wild)

Aqua Balls, (Nope, still have to get the RP)

Brilliant Ian! Very glad to have been involved in some of those with you (Blouberg, Blyde, Mhlabatini, Krakadouw, TM). I'm still keen for Eight Miles High, Crystal Fire, Soulcrusher etc!
By the way - "Ichthyasaurus" (a kinda dolphin version of dinosaur)

It was a good year: 213 routes, 475 pitches = over 14km of climbing. 45 routes on 2011 ticklist: 18 sent, 11 attempted and failed. 100 nights in tents/caves/bivi's.
So far my 2012 list has 36 routes/projects - and that's just the local stuff.

Big H my buddy....you didn't have a good year...you had a mind-blowing year...I wish I had achieved half of what you had! (Especially jealous of the Yosemite part!). And same for our Porterage!

That's impressive! Last year was pathetic so I have set my goals much much higher for this one! Hope to find a few new affordable destinations soon. It's all about adventure all the way this year!!
