Theres heaps of wild trad around Cape Town both on Table Mountain and in the surrounding mountains. I can recommend Du Toits Kloof as a trad multipitch and also one pitch venue.
There is a guide book called 'The Ledge' covering climbing on Table Mountain above the city otherwise contact the Mountain Club of South Africa and ask to look at old journals in their library for RD's. Just get some direction first as there are thousands of routes! For the single pitch stuff in Du Toits contact me (another giudebook in the making)

Sport climbing is covered in the guidebook 'Western Cape Rock', with Montagu being the main area, but also tons in Cape Town and the Cederberg. Also check Oudtshoorn 5hrs outside Cape Town for hard sport at our only limestone crag.
You guys are gonna rave! Have a great trip!
