I am going to be staying at Traveller's Rest (http://www.travellersrest.co.za/map.htm) with a group of non-climbers and I was wondering if there are any marked bouldering spots near by? I haven't been to the Cederberg before so I don't know where to start. Any help will be appreciated!
I will be there during New Years for a few days.

er ya its called Rocklands you'll be in the middle of it

I was hoping for a demarcated area of boulders and grades close to where I am staying, perhaps I was not specific enough? Something like this http://www.climb.co.za/wiki/index.php/De_Pakhuys
I just don't know where Traveller's Rest is in relation to the area above and that's what I'm trying to figure out.

You will go past de Pakhuys on the way to travellers rest which is about 5km down the road. You could pick a bouldering guide from depakhuys and use that. Otherwise look online here or at www.cutloose.co.za. Areas very close to travellers are 'Sassies' and '8 days rain.' All the bouldering in Rocklands is within 10km of travellers so the easiest would be to just get the guide book
