Head to boven, ride in the early morning on some amazing single tracks then head to the crags late morning for climbing.
Can recommend the mtb routes there! A lot of effort went into building the route!
Not exactly sure how the access arrangements is at the moment for the mtb routes but contact Gustav (Rock and Rope) and he will able to give all the info you need.

Kingskloof has climbing & a mountain bike trail, trail details you'll have to get from them directly, routes are on the wiki.

Are you looking at using your bike for approaches? Unless it's easy flat ground it's a bit of a pain and to be avoided if you can. We use mountain bikes for approaches to some routes, especially with long approaches in the winter when daylight is at a premium. It's hard going with a rucksack and summer trad gear, very hard going with winter gear and brutal with ski gear! Best avoided by driving where you can and walking the rest. Much more fun to do the mountain biking with very little on your back.
