Is there a place in Pretoria to buy Rope Access gear? Or even better, a place that sells arbor gear?

Starting climbing via the uber-fun tree climbing route, and discovering that the standard Beal antipode static you get in all climbing shops isn't really up to the task( or any climbing harness for that matter ). Also, need some stronger gear for the occasional precision tree care on some of my old big trees.

I'm primarily looking for 11mm Kernmantle rope, lanyards and heavy duty/arbor pulleys, blocks, etc.

Any help would be much appreciated

Check out the shop advertisers on this site - most of them do mail order.
For the most part arbor climbing gear is rope access gear.
