10 - Highest Onsight Grade (Sport) - (first 6 months experience)
11 - Highest Onsight Grade (Trad) - (first 6 months experience)
12 - Highest Onsight Grade (Sport) - (first year experience)
13 - Highest Onsight Grade (Trad) - (first year experience)
14 - Highest Onsight Grade (Sport) - (first 3 years experience)
15 - Highest Onsight Grade (Trad) - (first 3 years experience)

I will attempt to compile and post some interesting findings from the results if there are enough, widespread responses.
