I ducked out of work at 12 today to spend a bit of time on the rock. My climbing partner lead Wet Dreams atLower Silvermine, but noticed that the nut on the 5th bolt is loose, he tightened it finger tight, but as we didn't have a spanner with we could not do more than that. Will someone please tighten it up (not too much seems to be the mantra). I'm going to by a 17mm spanner before I next head out.

Jest kidding! Look out for stuff called threadlock in hardware and engineering shops, a couple of drops of that on the thread will stop the nut spinning loose again. In comes in a tiny tube and you use so little it will last for years of use. Its a weak non permanent gum so the nut can still be removed when necessary, but only with a spanner.
