I have a Northface Down Jacket with a broken zip. Where can I take it to have it repaired?

A bit cheeky but you could try First Ascent? If it was a locally made jacket you would probably get it fixed at no charge.

Paul at Northridge Packs will do an excellent job at a great price,
Durasole in Wynberg, great job although their job jar is packed, you might have to wait a few weeks.

Both use ykk zips as far as I know.

Bring your pack into Camp and Climb and we'll send it off for you

Zip repairs take about 2-3 working days - depending on how busy Paul is

He charges a small fee and you pay Paul's price - we do NOT add a mark-up ie."admin fee"
