I'm renting out one or maybe two rooms in my house in Timour Hall/Plumstead. It's a very convenient location (2mins walk from all shops/post office/train station/pub), 8km from the nearest climbing, and 12km from the nearest surfing. It just me and my two dogs (who live outside). There's a large garden with a soon to be complete bouldering wall/campus board. Off street parking for 3 cars. There's the obvious lounge/kitchen/bathroom as well at your disposal...
