I have a flat in Morningside (JHB) up for rent. It has a bouldering wall built into the outside balcony which has been the highlight of many JHB climber’s working week for about 6 years. I am moving out and unless I can find a tenant that would like a bouldering wall at home I will need to take the wall down and fix up the hole in the roof to make the ceiling look normal again.

The flat is 2bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 car port and loads of visitors parking.

Is anyone interested?
