Hi everyone

Following SANCF's meeting with a few of us about two months back, the WCC is aiming to formalise all existing climbing clubs and get Western Cape Competition Climbing on the map so that we may start competing in our own provincials and the nationals in force.

Further to this, the Mountain Club of South Africa is eager to start their own climbing club specifically for those climbers who would like to compete nationally and internationally.

Anyone who is interested in being apart of this new club as a committee member or climbing coach or anything else, please email me directly on delaney@rockchicks.co.za.

This is an exciting new era for competition climbing as the IFSC and SANCF are currently petitioning to get Climbing into the Olympics and South Africa does not wish to be left behind.
