I bought mine from West Rand Bolt & Tool 3 weeks back.(Randfontein 011 - 693 3862)
45c one if you buy 500 for size M8.

The cheapest I have found have been at ttp://www.topfast.co.za/. They also have galvanised bolts in case you want something that wont rust.

we have a few thousand heavy duty 10mm weld nuts arriving in a month or so.
they will sell for R7 each. they will last FOREVER compared to a normal t-nut.
after 11 years of replacing t-nuts we have found that so far these are the best option for securing grips to shutterply.
outside Ø of shaft 12mm, accommodates 10mm cap screw.

got mine at 46c pp, this isa good deal on the market, ive looked around, unless u wanna spend the full amount and go perma tnuts,in which case they no longer referred to as Tnuts.
