As they say.... It never rains it pours!! Both Richard and Coenraad are leaving MMO so I am left with the difficult task of finding new staff that will be able to take over their posts.
I am looking to hire a manager and a sales assistant with retail experience.
A thorough knowledge of climbing gear necessary. Knowledge of rope access gear preferable.
You must have a friendly disposition and be able to deal with customers of all ages, not just climbers.
Must be able to multi task and be willing to get involved in various aspects of the day to day running of the shop.
Duties will vary from dealing with walk in customers, processing online orders, keeping the shop in a presentable state, managing stock, admin duties and various other duties. A certain amount of computer literacy required!
A love of the sport and the outdoors is essential!
