Country Restaurant For Rent.
A dream come true for a keen restaurateur who wants to escape the madness of
city life.
Here is some info.
It is called stone Circle Bistro - in Waterval Boven, 1 hour before
Nelspruit. About 5,000 cars pass us every day on the highway 1 km away.
There are several billboards on the highway plus brown signs pointing to us.
My work is in ancient civilizations and I often do workshops and tours to
the ancient ruins. This was the main reason for the restaurant - as a stop
over to Kruger and Maputo and see the ancient ruins. I cannot devote any
time to the restaurant as I need to continue my research and lectures.
So, I need to rent this out ASAP - it can be opened tomorrow and
business will carry on. It is fully equipped including a pizza oven etc.
7500 sq metres by the Elands River - Waterval Boven - restaurant, book shop,
lapa bar by the river. I will continue to build cottages for accommodation
that will eventually bring more business. I attach some pics.
The best turnover was about R120,000 pm and it can be double that with some
effort. Starting turnover for new manager will be around R50,000 pm and grow
by 5-10k pm if treated with TLC.
I need this venue to operate so that we can continue bringing tour groups
and have mini conferences and seminars and so on. Great for all kinds of
events. There is a small museum with ancient artifacts that I continuously
add to as I make more discoveries.
I am happy with R8000 pm for the first 3 months, and then R10,000 pm.
Electricity will be on own name.
