I'm in Cape Town for all of June visiting some friends and I'm looking to do some climbing. I'd love to take a trip out to the Rocklands and I'm looking for someone to share a ride with. I'll pay my part for gas.

I'm also looking to rope up and I am available 24/7 throughout June to do so. I sport climb up to 5.12, trad climb up to 5.11, and I'm always safety conscious. I've lived in Yosemite for a couple of summers and have been climbing regularly for three years. Unfortunately I only have a harness and shoes at the moment. I am on a trip around the world and carrying a rope and rack becomes pretty lame when not climbing.

I am fit and I can shotgun beers with my thumb. I can drive a car and can stand on my head for as long as I deem necessary.

Staying in the Cape Town you'll have no probs getting a ride - go make a turn at City Rock (the climbgym in Observatory) and ask the dudes there, they'll be able to hook you up with people that are going to Rocklands.
