Hi.

We are two norwegian girls who are in Western Cape for the next ten days, and we are hoping to do as much sports climbing and hiking as possible. We have been climbing for about one year, so we are not up to difficult routs, but we would appreciate some tips and perhaps some company if anybody is keen of joining. As for now we are considering Cederberg or Montague, but we are open for anything in Western Cape. We are also looking for some cheap accommodation, any tips?

As far as the sourcing of climbing partners is concerned, starting at CityRock is probably not a bad option. It's pretty easy to meet people there and get the lowdown on who's going where and when.
Montagu and the Cederberg aside, you're so spoiled for choice as far as sport climbing in the Western Cape is concerned, especially if you're looking for moderate grades.
Have a look at the Routes Wiki on this site.
There's a ton of places worth visiting in Cape Town alone.
Most of the areas further out (Mont, Cederberg, etc.) have camping spots at reasonable rates.
