Hi.

I recently got into rock climbing. I have worked with ropes most of my life, doing professional and commercial tree climbing, as well as some rigging, etc, but I am very new to rock climbing.

I am married, and my wife would not like it if I had a female climbing partner, so I am looking for a male climbing partner.

I have gear for sport climbing, so I am looking for a partner to climb some single pitch sport routes with me, preferably in or around Cape Town. Would very much like to get into trad, but need to take baby steps.

I have been climbing with friends of mine, and found my level of experience was holding them back, so I would like to take a step back and start from scratch.
