There are (surprisingly) only a handful of boulderers that live in the Cape, but I am one of them. I am happy to get you out and I have plenty of bouldering pads. Drop me a PM with your email address and I will show you the local stuff, plus can put you in touch with my friends who will be in Rocklands during the whole first week of October. Also, if you don't want to bring a pad from France, you are welcome to use one of mine as right now I have 3 and I only use 2 regularly....
