The guys at cityrock has them, and a whole bunch of other dvds - I just bought Core, the Chuch Fryberger film after Pure, and its even better than Pure... have to try and watch it on HD though, truly something special on HD!

Yeah still got it. I'm moving end of the month so it'll obviously come with me.

I need to hit a serious training regimen and get my strength back. That wall's designed for advanced training so I'll need to strengthen my tendons again before klapping it. Looking forward to feeling some rock again!

edit: how's your facility doing? did you ever find your gear?

no, still no word of my old gear. but have managed to organised new gear, so i'm happy.
the beginners club at kloof is going strong, pull in, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5. the facility their will aid in getting you strong again.
