Do you mean "climb" as in rock climb with ropes? Or "climb" as most people who don't rock climb refer to it i.e. hike?

If it is the former, then it entirely depends on your ability and skill level. Kloof Corner Pinnacle followed by Jacob's Ladder, Arrow Final, Africa Crag or Staircase are the classic easy ones. Roulette, Touch and Go or Triple Indirect are for the more hard core.

If it is the latter, then Platteklip Gorge is easy with no exposure or scrambling, India Venster has some scrambles, Union Ravine to Right-Face Arrow-Face traverse has a little exposure and a few scrambles, Grotto-Fountain-Cairn traverse is massively exposed and airy. Otherwise Kasteelspoort, Diagonal, Skeleton Gorge are great paths with good views.
Happy climbing
