Sport Climbing Nutrition Survey

Post by Don » Wed Jul 12, 2017 1:44 pm

We are conducting a survey on what climbers eat. This is a collaboration between climbers and top sport dieticians to help climbers improve climbing peformance according to the GI/GL guide. For the dataset to be feasable we need at least 500 volunteers to say what they eat on a given weekend climbing with at least 10 identifiable items. It can be any food preferences from weekend warriors to pro's. Preferably a data set of more than 500 would be ideal.

The study is going to be used to assist climbers with climbing peformance who apart from standard diets, also have vegeterian and vegan diets.

This is not a judgement of diet-performance as there are mutually exclusive groups who have strict food ethics and don't climb hard.
