Cape New Routes: Tues eve

Hello all,

Please remember to join in this months social, where we will have not one, but FOUR of your favourite lads presenting the inside story on new climbing areas. (Bouldering, Sport AND Trad nogal...)

Hilton Davies will spill the beans on the handful of 'big wall' routes that have been going down in our own backyard - in Africa Amphitheater on Table Mountain, with the likes of Tinie, Ross, Dave Birket and Mary Jenner

Malcolm Gowans (all around nice guy) will show us the new routes that he and several others have put up in Truitjieskraal

Ant Hall will show the suite of routes opened on Apollo Peak in the Cederberg - a long walk, but some incredible pitches on Krakadouw-quality rock.

David Naude (a young lad probably as strong as the above 3 combined) will also tell us some more about the bouldering at Driehoek, also Cederberg. (Check out his video here http://www.climbing.co.za/2018/05/explo ... ouldering/ )

Unfortunately your regular MC is gracing the walls of Devil's Tower in Wyoming, but with such a riveting lineup and some cheer from our club barman I'm sure you'll have a great evening nonetheless!
