Paarl rock has quite a few. I haven't been before, but might go tomorrow.

Paarl Rock has plenty. There's some stellar routes in the 18-21 scale but keep in mind that a 19 on Paarl Rock isn't the same as a 19 on sandstone haha.
Sands of Time is very popular and probably has one of the best grade 18 pitches on pitch 2.

Jovian Thunderbolts is a 21 and in my opinion one of the best routes in Paarl.

Stairway to heaven is a 19 and goes on for 6 pitches. Really fun route and much easier than most of the other stuff.

You can also give Via Michaela a go. It's also a 19 but waaaaay easier than the first pitch on Jovian.
Cheers

Little Dutchboy is also a fun route. It's graded 20 or 21 but not as hard as Jovian. Only 3 pitches though.

The beta for all the Cogmans multipitch routes is in Tony's book.
They are all excellent routes, fun and well-bolted.
