Hey G!

The Indoor climbing wall here in Stellenbosch (Perfect Wall) gives regular 'Introduction to Climbing' courses - you need just to book at least one day in advance. The teaching is solid, and since we mainly focus on Indoor Climbing, we prepare a student to handle Indoor Situations well.
It may be a great way to start since we try not to throw you into the deep end too quickly!
