What about:

How to remain calm under pressure
How to read a route guide 101 and stay on route
How not to drop at least one of your climbing shoes
The descent - how to avoid the usual epic

Reminds me of the time that a buddy and me climbed a 400m long (fully bolted) route in Spitzkoppe.
I convinced him that 1.5l of water would be enough for the both of us! To save weight of course.
When we finally got to the bottom we polished off a 5l bottle that we left at the base.
