Does anyone know the story/meaning behind the name of this nice route in Gaper Crack (Wolfberg Cracks)? I can't remember who opened it and my book is somewhere at home (nice book btw, it has a cool pic of the climb that makes it look way more difficult than it is). Anyway, the reason I want to know is that I have a bit of money (box of chocolates of the winners choice to be more precise) riding on this one - I have a friend with a wee gambling problem and for a change I'm sure I'll win this one. :money: I reckon it's simply a spelling mistake and should be "gueule" meaning mouth ("bek" in Afrikaans is probably a better translation). My friend reckons it is some archaic English word that means flower. I'll share my winnings with the person that can prove me right

Hey Shorti

You are both wrong - the spelling mistake is that it is actually Gull - like in seagull - so it translates to "groot voel" in afrikaans...
:D
