Out of all those long articles I had to sit and read on the forum regarding trad/ sport etc etc I decided to stop procrastinating and start gathering a trad rack.
In order to develop and sustain the trad legacy of SA, and also to preserve our ecosystem, please let me know if you have gear lying around that you don't use anymore that you are willing to sell for a song since new gear are way above me at the moment.
I am based in CT.

I've still got the brand new featherweight 20cm Oz Quick draws for trad climbing, and some dynex slings for sale. see my post above.

shout if you are interested.

Hi,you should really consider buying trad gear online in the States. You'll get brand new cams and nuts way cheaper than second hand stuff in SA anyway.I've established a connection with this guy in the States,I tell him what I want,he sniffs it out in the land of plenty and he ships it for not an arm and a leg.I bought from #.3-#4 Bd c4 cams for R3k.This dude has anathor set for sale on ebay.Pm me,I'll give you his details.cheers

I have recently done some trad climbs. Only a few climbs and I am totally hooked. The feeling of being "Out there" is so much more compared to a crowded sport crag. We have decided to get some proper instruction though.

Hi, last year I was climbing in CT and was very introduced to trad, I have lead 18's and seconded on some 20's. I am now in JHb and have not been able to climb much trad. I have bought a rack, but only have a single rope, would be willing to buy one half rope.

If you are keen to trad and have some experience, I would be keen to climb. Grades 16 to 19. Although grades seem very deceiving when it comes to trad.

Send me a pm.
