Hi Everyone, Just a reminder of the MCSA Paarl Wellington rock-meet at Krom River, Du Toits Kloof Rock this weekend (5 to 6 December). We meet at 8h00am at the “telkom gate” at the top of the Du Toits Kloof pass. If you need a map / directions, please let me know. NB: If you think you are running late, phone me before 07h40 to wait for you at the gate or else you will arrive and find it locked. Also cell phone reception at the gate is almost zero so you need to call me before I get to the gate. Western Cape school league climbers, accompanied by a responsible adult, are welcome to join us. Like last year, we will be climbing some of the 100+ unclimbed open projects as well as repeating some of the established classics. NB: A Cape Nature permit is required to climb here. When you book your spot, I need to have your wildcard number to book the permit. We will overnight in the awesome little stone hut owned by the mountain club. Hut fees for non-MCSA members is R20, and for MCSA members of sections other than Paarl is R10. In order to plan the meet properly, I will need you to confirm your attendance by Lunch time on Friday 4 December via either email or phone. Thank you, Kind regards Iain Smuts 082 877 2556
