Rather than step up security in the hotspots we'll just leave them alone, that way the crime won't get displaced elsewhere and we'll know exactly where it is happening.

Seroiusly!? So the article reads more like a spoof comedy skit than anything else, but last night walking down from Lion's Head (about 8pm) I did find 4 friendly rangers at the first para glider launch spot, and two more with a beefy German Shepard between them and the carpark...

I worked for Wesbank once and one of the first things we were told to look out for when processing applications for vehicle finance were numerous spelling mistakes on payslips - almost always an indication of fraud. It seems the same goes for spam... :?
