I was climbing at Silvermine Lower yesterday and the last bolt before the anchors on Serendipity has a loose hanger. If you are in the area with a spanner, please give it a spin!

What grade you climbing; if it's 24 and above a simple twist with your fingers should do the trick

On that note, how tight is tight enough when using a spanner? A turn past the most you could turn with your fingers?
