Come and hear one of the true legends of South African climbing speak in support of the 2012 UCT-MSC student led expedition to Himalayas.
To promote awareness of the UCT Mountain and Ski club 2012 expedition to the Indian Himalayas, the legendary South African climber and mountaineer, Mike Scott is giving a presentation on the historic 1973/74 first ascent of the South African Route on the central Torres Del Paine. The first ascent marked a high point in South African climbing.
