Planning to head up to Wolfberg this weekend and go exploring. Has anyone put up any routes on the smaller crags to the 'back' of the plateau? If so, please tell me where I can get more info. ta

There is a very wide (2-3 pitches high) amphitheater on the East Face. To get there, go up the Gaper crack, turn East, find your way through the boulder field to the Eastern edge and walk to the North Eastern Corner where you can scramble down through a large cave. The amphitheater is capped by a big roof for most of the width except for the ends. The rock looks very like the Red Rain wall rock, very smooth with horizontal rails every couple of meters. There are several easier looking faces at the northern end of the amphitheater.

I think Douw Steyn has had a look there before.
