Just out of interest. How many climbers out there are geologists or geology students? :)

I wonder if more geo's were introduced to it if they would dig it too...I reckon they would :)

what's interesting is how many climbers are either in the carpentry or engineering fields....

Yeah lots of guys in IT (myself included), I went to Montagu over the last long weekend in April and every second guy at the crag was a programmer :wink:

Sheesh guys, take it easy. Isn't calling a programmer an engineer a bit like calling a housewife a "domestic engineer"?!
I mean after all, all programmers really do is to severely complicate simple things.
