Hi there

I went to the shops this week and bought Zink oxide tape to use on my fingers. Is this the right tape to use? This is not for tendons but for bruised fingers because of the harsh rock.

Zinc oxide is climbing finger tape. Whether for supporting your tendons or for padding against harsh rocks, it's the correct choice
