Hey, I was just wondering if anyone can give me a diagram or an explanation charts of the most commonly used supporting harness knots? I have always used a figure eight (tied off, just tobe sure) but my daughters are getting strongly into climbing now, and for me, it's been long (injury forced me out of the sport to an extent). I just want a nice chart or diagram for each of the knots that I can show them and have them learn from by themselves.

Huh?

Did you mean the most commonly used sport (climbing) knots?

If so there is a great site called http://www.animatedknots.com
