so i bought a first ascent Extreme Glacier down jacket in 2005ish. great product; but at XXL simply to big for me. my kiff idea is to auction the jacket here and whatever is paid for it will go to Operation Smile (http://southafrica.operationsmile.org/). the jacket is in mint condition; i wore it only a handful of times; and was recently professionally cleaned. current retail price is R1999.

unfortunately the jacket is the old-style Extreme Glacier i.e. without the hoodie. it is made from the waterproof vapour-tex material; not seam sealed though so it is snow/splash proof. weighs around 800g. colour is red & black. i will post a picture as soon as i'm back in CT.

got this pic of the old style jacket from first ascent's website (the guy is wearing it). will still post my jacket's pics later.

okay, finally got pictures - the jacket really is in perfect condition; practically brand new. my guess for a fair new retail price is R1600 - R1700. it is the same as the normal glacier down jacket but made from waterproof fabric & has a better quality down filling.
