City Rock or online from MMO is what I would have said but according to MMO's website they don't stock it.

Maybe Drifters or one of the others like Camp and Climb or Orca may have copies still.

we got permission from tony to make some photocopies of select pages.
stop by the shop and let us know which routes you want to do.
a new one is a long time away.
