Hello everyone,

If i've posted this in the wrong place then please let me know!

I will be making a trip to South Africa in May of 2013 and I have been trying to figure out what we are going to be doing! We really want to climb everywhere we can and would love any advice. We are attending a wedding near East London and will have a group of about 5-10 people who want to climb if possible. It doesn't have to be "awesome" climbing as many of them will be beginners. Then my girlfriend and I will be travelling across South Africa but we would also like to visit Mozambique, Botswana, Namibia, and any other relatively safe country in the area. I'm in Alaska so I'm about as far away from knowing whats going on there as you can be. Any advice on travelling around South Africa would be very much welcomed!

Thanks!

Kelsey

Hi Prezwoodz

Climbing route discriptions for East London are on this site http://eas.mcsa.org.za/Rock%20Climbing/Rock_List.htm . Look at New South Africa Crag, Windmill hole & Buffalo River.

There are a few climbers in East London. Can put you on contact.
