Thanks

I seem to remember using an MCSA rd? fanta, Hector, one of those dudes will know?

When you go, be sure to wade down to the pinnacle - I forget the route name but it's a really cool 16 or thereabouts. We simul-rapped to get down, the tat on top looked real dodgy and old.

There are a couple of good routes at Castle Gorge - say about 5 or so. The pinnacle is very nice, Pigeon Hole is quite fun (19ish) and there's a 23 above the lower of the 3 pools which looks awesome. You can get an RD at Drifters or the MCSA

Hey. I got all the guides (5 or 6 or so) for about R120 from the MCSA. Contact them for updated prices.

Btw, did the pinnacle mentioned in an earlier post today. Excellent but short climb on a cool feature. Yes, the tat is really sketchy. I forgot some spare tat so if someone could bring down my sling back your next couple of beers are on me. That's if I'm getting it before that.

Well done ET and Alex the Best(er)! Super inspiring. Thats a proud line. The old ballies couldn't stop talking last night around the fire about how two sport junkies rocked up and flashed that thing. Apparently the last ascent before this weekend was 26 years ago. Well done lads!
