What climbing area's in CT are the most sheltered from the SE Wind (besides Lion's Head granite).
I am planning on climbing Friday arvie and it's gale force,
Cheers

Not just Lion's Head granite. The whole of lion's head is protected from the SEer by TM.
The Ledge, if there's no blanket (but not too much experience in this regard.. anyone else?)
Higgovale Quarry should be sheltered.
Silvermine crags are surprisingly sheltered if the wind is SE or SSE, but if it's ESE you might start to feel it.
Then there's Pear's cave, where you can pick the side where the wind is not blowing.

For Friday, my money would be on TM (looks like it's gonna be a clear day).
