BOVEN WARNING

Postby Forket » Thu Apr 18, 2013 9:31 am

Every year we see a gradual increase in climbers lurking out from beneath the cracks in the earth and joining this small community of climbers in South Africa. One weekend a year, some students make it their mission to go to Waterval Boven and party the rocks off the cliffs. Thats where the 26th of April comes in. The best place on earth to climb is surely the best place to take young interested volk to get addicted to the rock sooooooooo thats where Exploratio is heading.

We use to flock in one troop, in a bus, and fill the Tranquilitas campsite, but this year we want to go bigger so we all bringing our own transport. What I'm getting to, Exploratio is gonna PARTY HARD and knowing students, there is no stopping. We have an awesome set of speakers, and a saying that goes, if the music is too loud, your are too old. Beginners YAAAAAAA!!!!

In the end of the day, if you a family, with little children and insecure people, please refrain from using the campsite this one weekend. We have booked the campsite and I do believe we have made the newspapers in previous years and I do hope the party is crazier this year. If you want to join us, see the event details below:

Lastly for any worried volk, we love nature, we look after it and YOU ARE WELCOME TO JOIN US!!!!

If you little bugger's keep me from my precious sleep you're going to feel a different kind of punch. you are warned. thinking it's okay to be an asshole because you're a student is so 1984. i have executed my dragon kick on speakers before - bring them at your own risk.

I am old, insecure, and have a family with little children. Will it be safe to occupy our chalet at Tranquilitas from the Sunday afternoon?

Interesting timing... just as they are busy installing remote hidden webcams feeding to a satellite connection. The first 10 will be live this weekend and the rest coming the next week.

Satellite eh? You have deeper pockets than I thought :wink:

I've been to Tranquilitas when Exploratio was there too before. It was not pretty. And it doesn't sound like much have changed judging by the warning.

We normal people, might just be a bit loud Friday and Saterday evening. The warning just goes out too people wanting a peaceful weekend as I cannot guarantee a peaceful party. The campsite will be occupied by less people late Sunday and I don't believe it will be a problem.

@mokganjetsi
I dont think you will have a problem with us as there will be too many of us to identify:P I believe we did book the campsite, so if you have a problem with students, please make use of the 5 star backpackers in town, I believe the rates are the same or similar.

Join us, it will be fun

peace

No, i want to dragon kick you in the chops.

Okay, just kidding. Looking forward to pretend i'm 20 all over again. Sure it will be good times all round :thumleft:

May add a little surprise to the punch though. Bring lots of toilet paper.
