The following crags will NOT be climbed on this year: Easter Face, Gaper Face, Gaper Butress, Restaurant, School, Gym, Tripple Tier crags.

The parking for Sport Valley and the Island will be the regular parking above the Pasture/Coven.

There are still people asking us:

Please spread the word that the Boven Roc Rally this year will be at a new venue, NOT the same as last year.

The Tranquilitas Camp above the Wonderland crags will be the event venue.

Accommodation options are: camping at the event venue or staying closer to town in guest houeses etc (10min drive from Tranquilitas)

Just to cofirm after a couple of people asked why we are excluding some crags this year?

Not because of safety - all the potentially hot crags will be guarded as a matter of priority.

So why then? To give you free access to all the crags that you need to be able visit for free.

But soon you may have to take out a permit to be able to climb anywhere in Waterval Boven.

Why? To help fund a community project whereby some of the awesome local dudes that you have already seen at the crags (and their friends) will be employed to look after your safety and other interests (bolting maintenance, trails, litter etc.) Keep posted for more about this in the near future.
