The easiest way to load pictures into the forum is:

Load images by using the 'Upload attachment' tool within the forum (you can find this when you are creating a thread or responding - just look below the Preview / Submit / Cancel buttons)

(1) Find the picture that you would like to post (& make sure that you are a registered user!)

If the image is on the web already goto step (2)

If you have the image on your pc, you need to copy it to a place on the web (usually using an FTP program)
you will also require a place on the web to upload it to. ISP's normally give you a small amount of space when you have an account with them (we're working on making space available on Climb ZA)

(2) Right click on the image, click properties (at the bottom), where it says Address/URL - copy ALL the text that is next to it (it will almost always start with http://www.)

(3) In your new/reply forum posting screen, click on the grey ‘IMG” button then paste the line of text that you copied (do not leave any spaces). At the end of the text, click on the ‘IMG*’ button again

(4) Submit your forum posting and the picture should be there. If not you can edit your posting

Your line of text for the image should look like this:
[img]http://www.example.com/picture.jpg[/img]
