I believe you are the agents for MSR. I purchased a Winboiler recently and have managed to boil water on three occasions. There have however been ignition problems from the start and I have had to reset it on numerous occasions. The instruction sheets says that the stove should be returned if this is happening. I returned the stove to City Rock Johannesburg on 3 January and am still sitting without a stove which I find totally unacceptable!!!!
When will this be rectified? To wait two weeks would have been tolerable but two months is insane…
Further more, this is a new stove and does not do well for the MSR name!!!
Kindly urgently advise price and availability of steel pole climbers
